Quick Remedies to Fix Your Mid-Winter Sickness

While winter brings joy to many in the form of glistening snowfall and holiday cheer, it often ends in muddy puddles and seasonal illness. But just because you’re feeling under the weather more often this time of year, that doesn’t mean it has to stay that way. There are plenty of simple, quick-fix remedies you can try to get rid of that pesky cold, everlasting cough and stuffy nose. Here are a few remedies to your mid-winter sickness:

1. Get Plenty of Rest
