It is so nice to stretch out and take joy in the home during these blustery days of fall. Get some wood burning in the fireplace, drink a bit of spiced cider and indulge in seasonal decoration with twinkling lights, gold hues and glittery accents. Welcoming friends and family into a sweetly-adorned table for a holiday dinner can give such a sense of accomplishment!
We worked with blogger Randi from Dukes and Duchesses, and she was inspired by one of our Maple Leaf fall bouquet to create a tablescape featuring maple leaf napkin rings. She found a coordinating table runner, scattered matching leaves around the table and got special gold wire to tie the theme together.
“The inspiration for my tablescapes often start with the centerpiece. This vibrant maple leaf bouquet from Teleflora is such a beautiful fall centerpiece and I love the maple leaf embellished glass container, she said. “The Canadian in me may be a bit partial to maple leaves. I knew that gold leaf would be the perfect element to carry through a tablescape.”
She was so inspired by the centerpiece, she went straight to the floral store to build the rest of her place settings around it. We have a feeling that the employees at the craft shop see a lot of Randi. Her creativity never ceases to impress us. A couple months ago, she made this cute, retro birthday gift and we’ve been smitten with her blog ever since! We follow all of her thrift shop finds and pretty upcycle creations that she makes out of her home in Texas.
